Program Overview

This program is specifically designed for students who aspire to become leaders and professionals at the intersection of Human Resources and Corporate Strategy. As a Top-Up course, it is intended for individuals already working in the HR field and who have already completed a HR-related qualification of 120 credits (Level 7). By undertaking an additional 60 credits, they can progress to earn an MSc degree.

The curriculum of this program benefits from the extensive research expertise of our faculty in organizational studies, as well as their strong connections with HR-related professions, including the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). Upon successful completion of the program, students will have the opportunity to advance their membership within the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) to Associate or Chartered levels.
