The MA Business Communication for International Leadership at the University of Portsmouth is designed for anyone who wants to thrive in global business environments. You’ll learn how to lead diverse teams, communicate across cultures, and make an impact in international organisations — all while developing practical skills that employers are looking for.

Year 1:
During the year, you’ll dive into core modules like Intercultural Communication in Business, International Leadership and Managing Diversity, Communication in Professional Contexts, and Strategies for Sustainability Leadership. In “Intercultural Communication in Business,” you’ll discover how culture shapes organisations and how to work effectively across borders. “International Leadership and Managing Diversity” helps you practice leadership, negotiation, and decision-making with diverse teams.
