A surveyor can work in many different environments for a variety of reasons; building, residential, commercial, environmental and quantity. The roots of surveying trace back ancient Egyptian history, and its practice has been fundamental to the progression of human-kind. Today, surveying holds just as much relevance, yet the demand has drastically increased due to an enhanced interest in developing and managing the physical world.
