This programme will provide you with the knowledge needed to scope, plan, direct and control the facilities, processes and people required to transform resources into products and services in a fast changing global business environment. You will focus on the supply chain management and logistics initiatives of international and UK businesses and their critical importance in meeting customerexpectations whilst minimising service costs. You will develop an understanding of sustainable practices in global supply networks and purchasing strategies and how to negotiate in a buyer/supplier context.
