The course course is split into Part 1 and Part 2 and the first part must be successfully passed to access the second part. Part 1 contains 3 modules of 40 credits each, namely 'Creative Themes',' Composition Techniques and 'Literary Types'. Part 2 of the course consists of 1 module 60 credits, a portfolio of creative work of up to 20,000 words, and the result of the whole course is determined on the average two-part mark of the scheme. Careful consideration is given to the individual requirements of each student in determining the exact content of the modules, and the first part of the program is planned with a view to the creative possibilities that can feed the second part.
