The Masters in International Hotel Management focuses on the operations, service delivery systems, and best management practices in a global context. An integral aim of the programme is to encourage you to consider hospitality management from a wide range of necessary competencies, including identifying trends, appreciating ethical considerations, the importance of revenue maximisation, and effective systems design. Through this programme, you will gain the ability to identify and understand the key decisions facing hospitality managers, as well as being able to evaluate the importance of alternative business approaches.
