University of SurreyThis programme addresses, from an international perspective, the various elements of the hospitality industry and their interrelationships.You will graduate equipped with the skills to evaluate and analyse the international hospitality sector from a managerial, operational and organisational perspective. The structure of our Euromasters programme includes the opportunity to undertake a placement in industry between the two years of study. This experience gives students (particularly those with little prior work experience) a significant advantage in terms of employability upon graduation.
Bachelors degree (UK 2:1 or above) or equivalent qualification from a recognised British or overseas university, Relevant work experience, IELTS of 6.5 overall, 6.0 in each other component. Personal statement and CV required.
