Program Overview

A strength and conditioning (S&C) Master's degree equips students with advanced knowledge and skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating fitness programs for athletes. Students who enrol in this programme are usually already working as coaches or trainers, but want to advance their careers by obtaining a higher level of education. The curriculum focuses on the science behind exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and sports psychology.This course will allow you the opportunity to develop key competencies in strength & conditioning coaching, and challenge you to develop your theoretical knowledge, applied experiences and research skills towards becoming an evidence-based S&C practitioner.
