The University of BradfordThis course will develop your leadership capabilities, enabling you to improve the quality of care and act as an effective change agent within health and social care. It has been developed and is delivered in collaboration with external stakeholders who hold senior/executive positions within health and social care. The programme is targeted at aspiring healthcare professionals who wish to apply for leadership and management positions within health and social care, as well as those already working as allied health professionals, clinical scientists, nurses or doctors.
Normally hold a first degree or professional qualification we will consider your application if you do not possess such a qualification but have appropriate health and social care work experience.Work experience of at least one year in a health and social care-related environment - this experience must be detailed in the application.
