This exciting course provides you with both an academic and professional qualification that gives entry to a range of careers within nursing. The course will prepare you for a role as a nursing associate which is intended to complement registered nurses.The nursing associate course offers new routes into registered nursing roles and shortened entry to honours degree nursing courses.We’ve designed this two-year course to help you develop the practical clinical skills and techniques (such as how to do a blood pressure) you’ll need to work in health or social care settings, as well as the confidence to work as part of a larger team.

A satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this programme. In addition, students who have resided outside the UK will  be required to provide evidence of a satisfactory overseas police check.Satisfactory occupational health clearance and Interview. You must have both:passed Standard XII and the Certificate of Vocational Education (CVE-12) An overall score of 6.5 in the academic version of IELTS.You should not achieve less than the equivalent of an IELTS academic score of 6.5 in each of the sections of reading, listening and speaking and 6.0 in the section of writing
