As a student on this course you will study new developments in the areas of pharmaceutics, clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice and have the opportunity to develop a programme of work that meets your individual needs.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and/or experience: A pharmacy degree obtained from a foreign university, typically with a minimum grade of 2:1 or higher (or an equivalent qualification). General Pharmaceutical Council's satisfactory evaluation of academic qualifications. Attainment of a score of 40% or more in the online pharmaceutical calculations admission test. Applicants should have graduated within the past six years, or alternatively, provide a portfolio of evidence demonstrating ongoing practice and training in the field of pharmacy. Applicants who have already completed a PGDip Pharmacy (OSPAP) program at the University of Brighton are eligible to receive up to 120 credits for prior learning towards this qualification. Individuals with similar qualifications who wish to apply for advanced standing will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Candidates who have previously failed to attain an OSPAP qualification from another institution are not eligible to apply.
