This is a blended course (face-to-face contact days with online learning) that has been created to encourage peer-to-peer interactivity and communities of practice. Course tutors will include experienced clinicians who are active in primary care and have medical education as a special interest. In addition, the programme will draw on the expertise of other Medical School clinicians and researchers as needed for particular areas of the curriculum. Assessments will be multi-model (such as portfolios, short-answer tests and case-based reviews) and aligned to work-place learning.
A minimum 2.2 Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Personal statement required. IELTS 6.5 overall with no element less than 6.0 (or equivalent).
