Manchester Metropolitan UniversityThis is an accelerated programme that provides an opportunity for graduates to gain the knowledge and skills to practice as a physiotherapist. Successful graduates of this MSc are eligible to apply for membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and for registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). With tutorial teaching as key, the programme content aims to develop a student s ability to integrate theory with practice and to demonstrate a high level of critical thinking. There is also a strong focus on placements.
A honours degree at 2.1 or above, or equivalent international qualification, in a relevant subject. Relevant subject areas include: biological sciences, sports science, sports therapy or rehabilitation, chemistry, nursing and psychology. Evidence of interest and work experience in the relevant field, Evidence of studying within the last three years, Satisfactory disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau, Personal Statement, IELTS with an overall score of 7.0 with no less than 6.5 in any category
