Program Overview

This course is for radiographers who are currently working in a clinical environment offering mammography experience. The modular choice of this course will enable you to follow a pathway within mammography that will lead to advancement in specialist clinical skills. The course is run in partnership with the Scottish Mammography Education Centre based at the West of Scotland Breast Screening Center in Glasgow. The course is designed to meet the needs of radiographers working in breast imaging giving them the skills to become safe and competent breast imaging specialists.

Additional Information & Requirements

A degree or diploma in Diagnostic Radiography or Therapeutic Radiography with HCPC Registration, or equivalent; Current employment in a clinical environment offering mammography experience, IELTS of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each language skill, PTE/ CAE/ CPE/ Trinity or TOEFL iBT qualifications (taken outside the UK only), A copy of your degree certificate, A copy of your academic transcripts, One or two letters of reference, Criminal Records Check
