The distinctive LLM in Employment Law Practice and Human Resource Management offers a unique opportunity to gain knowledge in employment law and practice, considering the socio-economic aspects within the legal framework that applies to corporate and business entities.

Candidates are eligible for admission with the following qualifications:

A 2:2 undergraduate degree (LLB or its international equivalent) in Law.
A 2:2 undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, without the need for a case-by-case assessment.
A 2:1 undergraduate degree in a non-related field.
A 2:2 undergraduate degree in a non-related field, along with relevant work experience in areas such as human resource management, legal sector, finance sector, civil service, tax sector, or arbitration. In this case, admission will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
