Masters by research programme provides the opportunity to undertake a short, in depth independent research project in one of their research groups. It will equip you for more sustained and original work at the doctoral level or for advanced-level applied research positions. This degree will develop relevant analytical and technical skills, together with transferable skills related to research, communication, problem solving, and independent working.
2:1 Hons degree (UK or equivalent) or master's degree in Chemistry, or an equivalent degree in a related discipline such as Physics or Chemical Engineering, appropriate to the proposed research project. IELTS 6.5 overall with no element less than 6.0 (or equivalent).
