MSc Business Occupational and Work Psychology with Advanced Project

The MSc Business, Occupational & Work Psychology with Advanced Project at the University of Hertfordshire combines rigorous psychological theory with advanced applied research, enabling students to lead their own workplace-focused projects. Curriculum structure:
In Year 1, students take modules including Evidence-Based Practice, Culture Change & Leadership, Individuals in the Workplace, Learning, Training & Development, Mixed Methods Research, and Consulting & Psychological Assessment, which together provide both conceptual frameworks and professional assessment skills rooted in organisational psychology.  Then, in Year 2, they typically focus on the Work Psychology Project / Professional & Reflexive Project, a 60-credit independent research piece where students apply advanced research methods to a business-relevant topic of their choice.
