Using an interdisciplinary approach, this course uses traditional and modern insights from both economics and politics to develop essential skills needed in policy-making. The MA Public Policy is designed to give you the tools to understand and assess a wide range of public policy issues. During your studies, you will gain excellent exposure to policy makers, with many classes led by analysts from the UK government, while seminars feature politicians and government officials. Class sizes range from five to 25 students depending on the module.
A good undergraduate honours degree (2:2 or above), or equivalent from a university outside the UK, in relevant subject. IELTS 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent).
