Collaborating with cinematography, editing, producing and scriptwriting master’s students on a series of production assignments, you will have the opportunity to build your director’s portfolio. Individually, directors will take two directing modules concentrating on specific elements of the director’s craft, communicating with actors and sound design for storytelling, in the latter module you will undertake a series of practical exercises in partnership with post-graduate sound specialists to expand your awareness of how to collaborate effectively with sound designers in an industry context.
A minimum 2:2 Honours degree in a relevant discipline or appropriate professional qualification; or an HND/HNC and relevant experience; or equivalent international qualifications. IELTS 6.0 with no band score less than 5.5. Portfolio
