The Professional Master of Science in Real Estate (PMRE) program at UCF was designed by the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate as a flagship graduate program. Over the course of 20 months, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in senior-level positions in real estate and related industries.

Recommendations. Provide three email addresses of recommenders in your application from professional sources. One recommendation must be from a current or previous supervisor. Resume Goal Statement Applicants applying to this program who have attended a college/university outside the United States must provide a course-by-course credential evaluation with GPA calculation. Transcript A minimum score of 577 paper-based; 233 computer-based; 91 Internet-based in TOEFL ; or 7.0 IELTS is required. Interview
