Official transcripts from all colleges attended including TSU. Cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.50. A statement of purpose. Notarized Affidavit of support and financial statement. Proof of required immunizations. Copy of passport. Official TOEFL score of 61 or IELTS score of 6.0.
