Program Overview

MBA students can choose a concentration or minor in real estate as part of the MBA program. MBA students also can participate in several extracurricular activities that augment their time spent in the classroom. Our graduates begin careers in investment banking, development, acquisitions, and real estate investment private equity. An MBA minor in Real Estate can be achieved by completing a set of four required real estate courses plus two core courses offered by the finance and accounting departments. An MBA concentration in real estate can be achieved by completing the requirements for the minor, plus two elective courses from the finance department.
