The Department of Library and Information Studies offers a fully accredited MS in Information and Library Science degree. The degree enables graduates to seek professional employment in a wide range of information careers in the United States and around the world. Accredited by the American Library Association, the MS in Information and Library Science degree requires 36 credit hours at a 3.00 (B) average or better. There are 15 hours of required core courses. Earn your MS in Information and Library Science degree online, on our North Campus, or through a hybrid of the two options.
