Complete the graduate school application and related paperwork for a degree program. Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution. Course preparation in education, psychology and human development. Students are expected to have completed the following undergraduate courses prior to entry into the program: Human Growth and Development; Tests and Measurements; Introduction to Special Education; and Introduction to Psychology. GPA of 3.0 average or better on a 4.0 scale in undergraduate course work. Three letters of recommendation. An interview. A certificate of finance along with a bank statement bank or scholarship letter, no more than six months old, addressed to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore verifying the availability of funds to cover tuition, fees, and other direct costs associated with enrolling at the university. Official scores to confirm English proficiency IELTS, TOEFL score of 61, PTE, or Duolingo English Test.
