The Master of Arts Degree in Child Development, is designed to be completed in just 18 months while employment is maintained. This accelerated program will be held at our Turlock campus two evenings per week. Students will experience a high quality program that includes 34 units (12 courses) in theory, research, and professional applications that will prepare them for advanced careers as administrators, educators, and interventionists or to pursue doctoral programs.
At the graduate and postbaccalaureate level a minimum score of 550 on the paperbased exam or a score of 80 on the internet (TOEFL iBT) version is required. A fouryear college course of study and hold an acceptable baccalaureate; A grade point average of at least 2.5 in an acceptable earned baccalaureate degree; A grade point average of at least 2.5 (A = 4.0) in the last 60 semester (90 quarter) units attempted.
