Complete admissions application online. Submit official transcripts from each college or university attended, including the accredited institution from which the applicant has earned a bachelor's degree. A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required. GRE Scores of 428 or higher. Provide evidence of American Sign Language competency based on the ASL-PI. Provide three letters of support. Complete an interview with DSDE faculty. International applicants must provide proof of English language proficiency through scores on the TOEFL or IELTS. TOEFL scores: Internet Based Total - 79, Computer Based Total - 213, Paper-Based Total - 550. IELTS scores - 6.5. Duolingo - 105. PTE - 58.
