A bachelor of science degree in architectural engineering or closely related area from an ABET-accredited program. 2.8 GPA (on a 4.0 scale). GMAT or GRE scores must be submitted if your GPA is lower than a 3.0. Two letters of recommendation. IELTS Score of 7.0 overall with no less than 6.0 in each section. A composite score of 90 must be obtained on the TOEFL, and each band score must at least 21 or higher.
