An undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or B.S.), Architectural Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Interior Design, Construction Management, Planning, Business, Finance, Management or a degree in a related field from an accredited institution. A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 (out of 4.0) in an appropriate bachelor’s degree program. A personal statement that describes how obtaining a graduate degree from New England Institute of Technology will enable you to meet your personal goals as a professional in construction management. English Language profeciency (minimum score of 79 for TOEFL and 6.5 for IELTS)
