The goal of the K-State Master of Software Engineering (MSE) degree program is to produce software engineers with the skills and talents to produce the complex software-intensive systems of the future. The program is aimed at students with a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related engineering or science area. A K-State MSE graduate will be able to specify, design, implement, document, and maintain large and complex software systems in a variety of domains and specialty areas. The MSE program is designed to provide a solid foundation for tomorrow s leaders in industry, government, non-profit, education, and other areas where software technology is indispensable.
