Students with appropriate undergraduate engineering degrees may apply for Baylor's Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering (M.S.E.C.E.) program. The M.S.E.C.E. is a 30 semester-hour graduate program comprising 24 hours of graduate course work and a 6-hour research-oriented thesis. Prospective students are invited to review the research project areas in which our faculty and students are active.
Official high school transcript, Diplomas/Proof of Degree/Academic Certificates, standardized test scores: International applicants must provide a test score from one of the two tests. They must attain a minimum of 550 on the paper-based, 213 on the computer-based, or 80 on the internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or attain a minimum overall band score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS),letter of recommendation and curriculam vitae.
