Fairfield University's Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering (MSECE) provides students with the knowledge and skills to innovate and lead in their chosen discipline, all within the framework of research and development in academic institutions, the industrial workplace, research laboratories or service organizations. The MSECE program includes areas of power and power electronics, and combines the study, design, and use of software and hardware systems.
As a student, you’ll also learn system and product engineering, hardware and software design, embedded systems, communications, control systems, computer architecture, and visualization and multimedia systems. You’ll be challenged with a multitude of learning tasks, including writing embedded software, working with analog sensors, and designing mixed signal circuit boards—giving you the necessary education and skills to fulfill your career endeavors.
