This master's program meets the increasing need for trained environmental professionals who can address the problems of land and water management, land use and urbanization, wetland loss, microbial ecology, bioremediation, conservation biology, and ecosystem preservation. These professionals will also contribute to the analysis and resolution of global problems, such as deforestation, insufficient world food supplies, acid deposition, population growth and public health, global climate change/warming, and depletion of the stratospheric ozone.
Application An earned baccalaureate degree from a Mason-recognized accredited institution of higher education, or international equivalent Unofficial Transcripts GPA 3.0 out of (4.0 scale) TOEFL iBT: 88 and 20 in each subsection OR IELTS 7.0 overall and 6.5 in each subsection. 3 Letters of Recommendation Goal Statement CV IMPORTANT: In addition to the above, applicants are required to submit a DNP Departmental Form (Prospective Advisor Form) signed by a prospective advisor who has agreed to serve as your primary advisor upon admittance into a degree seeking graduate program.
