Utilizing the vibrant city of Nashville as our sport “laboratory,” our students are immersed with opportunities to develop their competencies to take their career in sports to new heights. Our faculty work to give students a dynamic curriculum focused on bridging practical application with sound theory. Students are the focus in our program and competent professionals are the outcome.
Our students are involved in every facet of the sport industry, from professional and intercollegiate athletics to non-profit and community sport. On average, students complete 5 internships over their two years with local and regional organizations such as: Nashville Predators, Tennessee Titans, PGA Tour, Nashville Sounds, Ohio Valley Conference, USTA, Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, Nashville SC, IMG College, YMCA, Special Olympics, interscholastic programs and many more. Our graduates have gone to leadership positions in a wide range of sport organizations across the country. We are widely recognized for our strong alumni network and mentorship provided in the program. Belmont’s Sport Administration Program can provide the tools to launch your career in sports.
