University of Massachusetts AmherstThe master of arts in the history of art and architecture at UMass Amherst is the only graduate program in the field at a public university in New England. The close-knit program enrolls fifteen to twenty students yearly, ensuring close collaboration between students and full-time faculty members. Our students come from a wide variety of academic backgrounds and have a broad range of career goals.
High school GPA of 3.0/4.0 (US grading scale), Interview with Admissions Representative, Test scores: TOEFL minimum required score of 80, IELTS minimum required score of 6.5 overall band. Letter of Intent/Statement of Purpose, 3 Letters of Recommendation, Resume/CV and Sample research/writing sample.
