Program Overview

The MGM program with a concentration in global health care innovation prepares students to assume leadership and managerial responsibilities in global health care organizations.

Students design, apply knowledge to, implement and create innovative solutions that can transform health care ecosystems. They learn how to create and sustain cultures of innovation in health care from multiple perspectives. These perspectives may include personal competence for innovation, use of evidence in decision-making, reframing system infrastructures, financing, cross-cultural communication, entrepreneurship, technology and policymaking. Students develop competence in the design, application and testing of innovative processes and products.
