A master’s degree from UCF in kinesiology prepares you with the education and experience to pursue a career in exercise physiology, sport science, strength and conditioning, or to pursue a doctoral degree in a related field. The program emphasizes exercise as medicine, and trains students to apply scientific practices and principles to support health and maximize performance across the lifespan.
Program Prerequisites: Applicants are expected to have the equivalent of 8 semester hours of anatomy and physiology. Personal statement Two letters of recommendation from previous faculty or supervisors who can speak to the applicant’s abilities to be successful in graduate school. Résumé for curriculum vitae (CV). Video Essay recorded within the online application system Applicants to this program, except those that have earned or will earn a Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited U.S. institution recognized by UCF, who have attended a college/university outside the United States must provide a course-by-course credential evaluation with GPA calculation.
