Application • A U.S. bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent from a college or university of recognized standing • Transcripts • Personal Statement • Letters of Recommendation (3) • CV • GRE / GMAT / MCATA background in college mathematics and statistics (including calculus and basic probability and statistics), with exposure to or familiarity with linear/matrix algebra.
