Program Overview

The Master of Science in Gerontology curriculum integrates theory with real-world application. Students in the MS Gerontology program have the opportunity to complete a concentration in an area that is most relevant for their career goals and interests. The MSG Program consists of twelve courses, for a total of 36 semester hours. Each course is offered on a ten-week term basis. The Health Services Management concentration is designed for professionals and managers in hospitals, long-term care facilities, senior living facilities, home health agencies, hospices, and other health care providers who wish to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for effective management of health services organizations providing services for the elderly.
