Program Overview

The executive nurse leadership master's degree option prepares nurses to be leaders in health care and in health system settings. Graduates will be prepared to lead as nurse executives at organizational and systems levels. The focus of the concentration is on improving health outcomes for patients and populations through the leadership of effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered health care delivery models using ethical and relation-based business practices. Students will take courses in both the School of Nursing and School of Business Administration.
