The science of nutrition is incredibly multifaceted which is why the Nutrition and Metabolism Program is comprised of faculty in a multitude of departments at UW-Madison including Nutritional Sciences, Biochemistry, Medicine, Dairy and Animal Sciences, Food Science and many more.
