Program Overview

Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy opened its doors in the fall of 2002 and was granted full accreditation status in 2007 from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. The specific objective of the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree program is to educate pharmacists in a fully integrated, faith-based environment. The School of Pharmacy offers exceptional academic training and develops competent, compassionate pharmacists whose professionalism integrates the physical, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions of health. Graduates will be able to provide high quality pharmacy care as fully participating members of healthcare teams committed to whole-person care.

Additional Information & Requirements

All applicants to the PharmD program must complete their application through PharmCAS. The admissions cycle begins in mid-July and ends early April. A minimum of three recommendation letters must be submitted to PharmCAS of which one MUST be from a spiritual advisor or member of a clergy.
