CASPA Centralized Application. Baccalaureate Degree from a U.S. regionally accredited College or University. The following GPA are required: Overall GPA of 3.0, Prerequisite GPA of 3.2, Looking for an upward grade trend of the last 60 credit hours taken. 250 Direct Patient Care Hours -- volunteered or paid. Proof of English Proficiency: The recommended on the TOEFL minimum score of 80, PTE Academic minimum score of 54, Duolingo English Test minimum score of 105 and IELTS minimum score of 6.0.
