A BS (or MS) or equivalent degree(s) in mathematics or a closely-related field. A GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 score. All undergraduate transcripts. Résumé or CV (Curriculum Vitae). A 250-500 word personal statement TOEFL iBT: 80 or IELTS 6.5 overall. Three letters of recommendation. GRE test scores are optional for those with MS and BS degrees in mathematical sciences (mathematics, applied mathematics, and statistics); for others it is required but waivers will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Provide updated bank statements showing sufficient funds, which can include a certified letter from your sponsor(s) indicating the amount of support available for each year.
