2 Years On Campus Masters Program

Baylor University

Program Overview

The Department's primary degree is the Doctor of Philosophy, and we encourage students to complete that degree. After two years in the program, however, students may choose to earn a Master of Science degree and move into corporate, government, or industrial careers. This degree requires completion of 33 graduate semester hours and successfully passing an oral examination. Students must also complete a 3 hour practicum, which may involve research data analysis or serving as a lab instructor or teaching assistant.
