Program Overview

MAster of Arts in Youth and Young Adult Ministry program is designed to equip men and women with competencies needed for an effective ministry to youth and young adults. The program is focused on teaching students how to disciple youth and young adults and to prepare professionals for vocations such as a youth pastor, dormitory dean, guidance counselor, college or academy chaplain, conference youth director or local church youth leader.

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution and a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5 ,Three Recommendations: two from professors and one from a church official or recent employer.Resume describing employment, research or special projects.Statement of Purpose reflecting your family and religious development, sense of calling to ministry, experience in church work, and future goals in relation to MAYYAM program.Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF): A questionnaire is sent to each applicant and must be submitted as directed. English Proficiency exam:minimum score of 550* on the paper based TOEFL ITP, 80 on the internet based TOEFL iBT, 80 on the MELAB, 6.5 on the IELTS Academic exam, 54 on the PTE.
