And as medical interventions—and health care organizations—become increasingly complex, so do the legal issues surrounding them. The Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law offers a focus in Health Law, giving you an opportunity to zero in on how law and health care intersect, providing you with a deep knowledge of health-related legal challenges. If you work in the health care arena, this track gives you the opportunity to add essential value to your role in the organization.
A first law degree that entitles them to practice law in their home countries. Professional experience following the completion of the foreign degree is preferred. In support of your application, you will be asked to provide all university transcripts, a personal statement, an essay, and your curriculum vitae. A minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) TOEFL iBT: 100 or IELTS 7.0 overall. International applicants must register for LSAC's Document Assembly Service.
