The focus of this course is on the law and policy considerations surrounding the proof of facts (and law) in judicial proceedings. One section is taught by Michael Fontham, a partner in the firm of Stone, Pigman, Walther & Wittmann. Mr. Fontham s section emphasizes understanding evidence in the context of trials, and the practical use of the evidence rules and evidentiary presentations in advocacy. (3 or 4 credits).
