Program Overview

The M.S. in Management and Leadership trains students to apply leadership models and theories to actual professional practice, empowers them to set and achieve organizational goals, enables them to manage in a dynamic and technology driven economic environment, formulate policy solutions, achieve business excellence, value human diversity, effect change, and demonstrate social responsibility.

The Master of Science in Management and Leadership - Public Administration & Policy (MML-PAP) is a 33-credit program done in conjunction with the department of Business Management.

The MML-PAP provides a pre-professional and professional development program for the purpose of graduating competent, responsible, and ethical public servants committed to governmental and non-profit public service.

Combining coursework from business management and political science, faculty offer both theoretical and practical approaches to the challenges of supervision and directing government activities and policies in areas such as health, education, finance, labor, justice and international relations.
