Completed online application form. Submit official transcripts from all high schools, colleges, and universities attended. GRE Test Scores. A bachelor s degree from an accredited university in political science, public administration, emergency management, or the equivalent. Applicants with degrees in other fields are required to have taken an American Government course. Applicants with a conferred Master s Degree may be granted a GRE waiver and unconditional admittance to the program and must meet all other prerequisite requirements. International applicants must provide proof of English language proficiency through scores on the TOEFL or IELTS. TOEFL scores: Internet Based Total - 79, Computer Based Total - 213, Paper-Based Total - 550. IELTS scores - 6.5. Duolingo - 105. PTE - 58.
