Application for admission. The minimum GPA for admission to the program is 2.75 or higher. A completed MSW Application Form which will include an essay. Three letters of recommendation. Complete Graduate Record Examinations General Test. Notarized Affidavit of support and financial statement. Proof of required immunizations. Copy of passport. Official TOEFL score of 61 or IELTS score of 6.0.
